I am not technology savvy how hard is it to install our phones?

First and for-most we are always at the end of the phone to help. All of our phones come with a easy to follow setup guide. Typically your phone will only need plugging in to a power socket and a network socket. Once setup there is a check list to follow. However we do not mind sending a copy of the setup guide to help put your mind at rest before you place your order. If you rather our friendly team of technicians come and install your service for locations in Essex and Herts. There is a charge for this service

Our team are always on hand to help with any problems you may face. Be it the little question it still matters to us.

What if i need some changes made to the way the phones work?

Changes to your phones can be made by emailing the team or by calling us on 0203 399 8200. During this call, one of our team will take notes on what changes you would like made, advise you if your request can be carried out. If not will look to find a solution that works and meets your end goal.

You do not need to worry about making sure you tell us the fancy terms to make what you want happen. Typically we just what you are trying to achieve. Even if its a picture of a hand drawn flow chart or diagram.

Are we able to use our current telephone number and extension numbers?

Yes you are able to use your current telephone number. This does require some paperwork for us to complete but our team can help you with the porting process. 

With extension numbers we are able to set up the same numbers as you currently using. This means staff will be able to carry on remembering the same numbers as before. 

If you did not have extension numbers before we are able to set them up for you.

We operate a out of hours service, Can we have automated diverts?

The joys of VOIP is our team can set your phones to divert calls at set times to a another number. For example 9AM – 5PM ring the phones as normal however after 5.01PM divert the calls to the on call member of staff. 

Another option is when your office closes the phone can be set to automatically play a We are now closed recording.
