Our Local Community

Our Head Office, Runway House, is situated on North Weald Airfield, a fully operational aviation aerodrome that was one the most important fighting stations during the Battle of Britain. Now home to the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance as well as two police Helicopters.

The airfield is now home to the North Weald Airfield Museum and the Herts and Essex Air Ambulance service, in addition to a wide-range of small businesses. The airfield also hosts a growing number of events including one of the UKs largest Saturday Markets, Classic Car events and of course, classic Air Shows.

We actively encourage all of our clients to come and visit Runway House at the airfield and take in the fascinating surroundings. While you’re here, why not enjoy something nice to eat and drink at one of the local cafes located on the airfield? The Wings Café and the nostalgic Squadron ‘NAAFI’ Mess bar are two of the area’s most popular places to eat.
